For our animals, we use secure, crush-proof containers and offer both air shipping with Qantas Air Freight and reliable road shipping options to suit your needs.

If shipping animals interstate please be aware that an import/export permit is required.

Please also be aware that booking freight can take time if we have to wait for drivers to get back to us, as they are on the road. So patience is appreciated.

Please note that animals purchased through us can not be returned or exchanged. If in the unlikely event that the animal arrives deceased, evidence will be required that it occurred during transit and a full refund and or exchange will be authorized.
